I recently stayed at Alexander Hostel for a few nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect, close to the central station and easy for transportation. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. I also liked the public space and kitchen available for guests to use. Despite the language barrier, the locals were nice and I had no problems with check-in or getting towels and sheets for free. The wifi was also reliable.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Stayed here over Easter and was pleasantly surprised! the free towels and sheets were a nice touch. the location was fantastic as it was just a short walk from the train station and many cheap restaurants. the strong Wi-Fi connection made it easy to stay in touch with family and friends.
The hostel was located on the sixth floor and there was no elevator, which made it difficult to get up and down with luggage. the neighborhood could be a bit intimidating, especially at night.

The hostel's location was convenient for visiting Pompei and Sorrento, with cheap restaurants and bars nearby. Some staff members were friendly and recommended places to eat and helped with navigating the area.
The bathroom was in a terrible state, with fungi and hair everywhere. Additionally, the female dorm doors were broken and made a lot of noise when opening and closing.

We had a great stay in this hostel. Best aspects were the clean and cozy rooms, the helpful staff who gave us good tips about the city, the excellent location near the train station, and the fully equipped kitchen. It was easy to reach different places from here, like the ferry to the nearby islands and the historic center, which was just a short walk away. this hotel provided a great value for the affordable price.
Nothing for us.

Had a great New Year's experience at this hostel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were a nice touch. The location was fantastic, close to public transportation and the city center.
The hostel was a bit tricky to find at first, and the surrounding neighborhood didn't always feel safe. The rooms were small and cramped, and there were no locks on the doors.
